= HW03: WCF and SOAP Web Services v2 =

Complete the application we started in HW02 by including logic to Create/Read/Update/Delete. I have completed an example. It has a fatal flaw in it, what do you thing it is? Although it has a flaw, it does contain all the different database and web services techniques that you need.
